PhotoSearch ("the App") requests access to the following on-device resources to provide seamless photo management and search capabilities:

  • Photo & Media Library (Required): To analyze and display your local photos.
  • Location Data & EXIF (Optional): To read the GPS tags in your photos for map clustering and location-based search features.

2. How We Use and Store Your Data (Important)

The App strictly adheres to an On-Device processing policy.

All photos, location data, and generated visual feature vectors are processed and stored exclusively inside your device's local storage. The App does NOT collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data, photos, or location information to any external servers, cloud services, or third parties.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob, as a third-party advertising service provided by Google, may collect and use certain device information (such as advertising ID, device model, and general location) to serve relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device preferences.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You can revoke app permissions at any time via your device's settings. Deleting the App from your device will instantly and permanently erase all locally generated data and caches associated with the App.

2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보관 (중요)

본 앱은 철저한 온디바이스(On-Device) 처리 원칙을 따릅니다.

사용자의 기기에서 읽어 들인 모든 사진 정보, 위치 데이터, 분석 데이터(Feature Vectors)는 사용자의 스마트폰 기기 내의 로컬 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보, 사진, 위치 데이터도 외부 호스팅 서버나 클라우드, 제3자에게 수집, 전송, 또는 공유하지 않습니다.

3. 광고

본 앱은 광고 표시를 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 구글이 제공하는 제3자 광고 서비스인 AdMob은 맞춤 광고를 제공하기 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 모델, 대략적인 위치 무효 등 일부 기기 정보를 수집 및 활용할 수 있습니다. 해당 데이터 수집은 Google 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

사용자는 기기의 광고 설정에서 '광고 추적 제한'을 활성화하여 맞춤 광고 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보 파기 및 권한 철회

사용자는 스마트폰 기기의 설정 메뉴를 통해 언제든지 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 기기에서 앱을 삭제할 경우 앱이 로컬에 생성한 모든 캐시 및 데이터는 즉시 함께 영구적으로 파기됩니다.
