1. Provision of Service & Limitations

The App provides a local utility to effectively search and organize photos stored on your device using metadata and on-device Machine Learning (ML) models. Because all processing and data storage rely entirely on your personal device, the developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or the deletion of the App.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or involves attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App's functionalities.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

While the App uses machine learning models to provide visually similar photo searches, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or perfection of the search results. The App is provided on an "As-Is" basis, and the developer disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
